Alright faggots, as promised, I decided to make actual CDs for an Autistic Rage Festival album, and since we couldn't really decide which one should it be, I decided it should be no other than the debut.

>How do I get one?

You send me an email to yungdaggerdick@nigge.rs and we talk about it.

>How much it costs?

The shipping cost is all you need to pay for, which is up to you how much you want to pay:

<If you want registered mail, it will cost 2020 HUF to European countries (not only EU members) and 2175 HUF to the rest of the world.

<If you say fuck it gimme your cheapest, that will be 835 HUF ($2.96) to Europe and 935 HUF ($3.32) to the rest of the world.

The cheapest option means the it won't be registered, I can't track it down and if this shit gets lost on the way to you it will be fucking lost and the post office wont refund. It also arrives like weeks later.

The package obviously ships from Hungary, it contains a gluten free fragile-ass jewel case and 2 CDs I will draw dicks on. I will also draw other shit on it if you ask nicely.

You can listen to the masterpiece here:

I'm not sure how many of y'all gonna order one, I can make about 10 copies, so grab it while it's hot.

Meta thread. If you have a complaint about moderation, post it here. If you have a rule suggestion, post it here, and it might become a new rule. This OP was edited December 27th 3:56am UTC since a lot of the information was out of date, irrelevant or just quite cluttering.

To the people who reported >>100699, it is in fact related to music. OP is too much of a dunce to post a link to it or its name or anything related to it other than this album cover that even Tineye couldn't find and a two-word message. I would like to say again that if any of you want threads or posts like that (or the other one that was reported) deleted, come up with a rule against them that won't ruin the board and we can all discuss it here.

Dare you enter the realm of /mu/

The sticky exists for a reason, to get started

-Read the fucking rules before you post, in the reply below

-Catalog for lazy people:

-Check out music made by the people of the board

-The /mu/ wiki

-Where can I download X?

>4chan archive/sharethreads - https://rbt.asia/mu/ (8archive.moe used to be a thing, and maybe it will be again some day)

>Soulseek - http://soulseekqt.net (or Nicotine+ for Linux users - https://www.nicotine-plus.org/)

>Google/Startpage/whatever + "zippy" "mega" "rar" or "blogspot"

-Discover music

1. Keep posts music related. Music critics/journalism are okay.

2. Self promotion doesn't deserve its own thread. Otherwise, the board would be flooded with it. Post your Bandcamp stuff in the Bandcamp thread here >>34317 and your SoundCloud stuff in the SoundCloud thread here >>97953. If it isn't on Bandcamp or SoundCloud, post it in either of those threads anyway. They tend to be the only ones used frequently enough to warrant threads.

3. If you want to ask a question but it won't generate discussion, post it in the questions that don't deserve their own thread thread here >>80813. This is to stop the board from being littered with threads nobody wants to reply to. This includes identifying the song in a webm/mp4, identifying the genre of something, and requests. This list will grow and shrink the more users complain about things. Complaints about moderation or suggestions for the board don't deserve their own threads either, unless they're extremely important. They go in the meta thread here >>79867.

4. NSFW album covers etc are okay, but put them under spoilers.

5. No duplicate threads or spam.

If something doesn't break a rule, no action will be taken. If you don't like something about the board or things other people are posting, mention it in the meta thread and maybe we can make a rule against it.

Anyone else notice this phenomenon? Basically, a music act makes their magnum opus, goes on tour for an extended period of time, and when they come back they never quite reach the heights of their previous work. They make little to no memorable hits, and the few that do chart are often forgotten in the grand scheme of things.

>Releases Black Album in 1991

>Goes touring for 4 years

>Releases Load in 1996

Pink Floyd

>Releases The Wall in 1979

>Goes touring for 2 years, works on a movie the year after

>Releases TFC in 1983

>Releases Achtung Baby in 1991

>Goes touring for 5 years but does release another album in this timeframe

>Releases Pop in 1997

And I'm not really referring to the "sell out" albums. A band or singer can continue to grow stronger even after they have "sold out", case in point R.E.M. who made AFTP in 1992 yet had a string of further successes for many years after its release. I'm referring to the band's definitive album with an EP's worth of chart-topping hits, followed by a longass tour where they seem to have the life sucked out of them, before a new album which is a mere shadow of its predecessor. I could list more examples but those were the 3 I distinctly recall.

Load had some good songs but should have been half the length.

>This phenomenon is aggravated whenever a band goes on hiatus or completely breaks up and reunites many years later.

There are some exceptions to this. Black Sabbath's 13 being an example.

>This phenomenon is aggravated whenever a band goes on hiatus or completely breaks up and reunites many years later. I think debut and second albums tend to be the best because the impetus behind band formation is so strong. Young people are also more energetic and passionate about whatever it is they want to express.

Agreed completely. I've never understood why people are always clamoring for older bands to get back together again when it's doubtful that the quality of new material would even be anywhere near that of their earlier days.

I know it can be a painful fact for artists to deal with, but musicians tend to be peak fairly early on when they still have that youthful enthusiasm and fire burning inside them. How many times have longtime musicians insisted that their upcoming release is the best one they've ever done only for it to be revealed as bland and forgettable once it actually comes out?

>I also think Metallica went to shit after MoP

How is this possible when Justic is their best album?

File: 79a024b175ed825⋯.jpg (330.99 KB, 1608x2001, 536:667, grab.jpg)

Not just musically but aesthetically. Whenever someone may talk about something having a "metal vibe" or being "metal", what are they exactly referring to? Most I could think of is that it's about manly things for men. War, Satan, Barbarism. Those are some things that come up to my head, just with the "metal" suffix. But then there is black metal, speed metal, nu-metal, which also have different aesthetics that more or less take some of the previous ideals.

This would need to be talked about.

op said aesthetically nigga, most people who describe something as metal would probably say hardcore punk is "metal as fuark bro"

>Most zoomers think anything that has guitars is boomer. Or anything Gen X or Xennial. The meme gets old. Reminds of this doomer Siege fag who said if I hate the boomer meme I am a boomer. So by that logic if I'm not gay it means I really want to suck cock, right?

Yeah, the whole thing is more "haha this guy likes music with guitars what a boomer xDD" than anything. The idea of a younger person being a boomer is funny due to being so nonsensical, but it has really worn out its welcome. There are a ton of speds out there now who seem to have unironically started to think that anyone older than them (or who can appreciate things from just a few decades ago) is a boomer. I think I've seen them even call the World War II generation "boomers" before, which makes no sense unless they're somehow their own parents or something.

The meme could have been funny if it was poking fun at actual baby boomers, who really are ripe for the picking when it comes to mockery. Pic related is part of a thread I came across from search engine results a while back ago where the OP did it right.

No more dicking around, this one has no theme.

Get to work and make the album YOU want to hear.

On that same note, rolling for the cover and title is encouraged.

We will also be rolling for a band name, like for the album "titsassesanddicks"

>First GET with a IMAGE is COVER

>First GET with a text is either BAND NAME or ALBUM TITLE (please specify which)

>Not quite National Socialist

I may have spoken too soon on that.

>A square cross interlocking with or surrounded by a circle is one of the most popular symbols used by individuals and organisations to represent white nationalism, white supremacy, Neo-Nazism, and white pride; it is used as the logo for white nationalist website Stormfront.org. This stems from the use of a circled cross by Norwegian Nazis during World War II.

I mean, it might just be the usual Norse pagan's suncross, but that's going too far for (((pure coincidence.)))
